Scientific discoveries often result from collaborative work and can sometimes be made by different individuals or teams working across several institutions. The Gretener-Thürlemann Prize Commiittee considers this point crucial. They also assume that team nominations have included all persons (up to 3 in a team) contributing to the work in the nomination.
